The simulation method allows to predict  the behavior of the systems and to improve  the design in order to increase the performance of the product.


PRODUCT VALIDATION

This activity consists  in the  comparison between the  results  obtained from the  execution of tests under  the several combination of internal / external loads   and the  results  obtained from the  proper FEA simulation.




FORGING SIMULATION

Allows to optimize the shapes and masses of the products during the steps  of the  forging  and rolling  phases.
